Integrative Counseling Center provides counseling services covered by most major insurance plans.

The client or the client's parent/guardian is responsible for knowing benefits and coverage before beginning services.

Not all our providers are covered by insurance.  Please check with your insurance before scheduling with a provider.

• Late Cancel (less than 24-hour notice): $65

• No Show: $100

• Phone calls (every 15 minutes): $25

• Letter writing/court preparation: $100/hour

• Court appearance: $3,000 retainer, $150 per hour after the retainer is depleted.

• Diagnostic Evaluation: $200

• Psychotherapy, 30 minutes: $100

• Psychotherapy, 45 minutes: $125

• Psychotherapy, 60 minutes: $150

• Group Psychotherapy, 60 minutes: $100

Sliding Fee Scale

Clients without insurance coverage, or those covered by insurance not accepted by Integrative Counseling Center, may request access to our Sliding fee scale. For example, we may ask for proof of income, including but not limited to pay stubs, bank statements (personal & business), a copy of last year's federal tax return, and wages and tax statements (W-2 and/or 1099).

 

* Integrative Counseling Center may reject this request and refer clients to another provider.

* Some providers do not accept insurance plans, and these fees apply.  A superbill will be provided to the client to send to the insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.
