Integrative Counseling Center provides counseling services covered by most major insurance plans.

It is the responsibility of the client or the client's parent/guardian to know benefits and coverage before beginning services.

Please check with your  insurance provider about telehealth benefits as these as plan specific.

Not all our providers are covered by insurances.  Please check with your insurance before scheduling with a provider.

Fees not covered by Insurance

• Late Cancel (less than 24 hour notice): $65

• No Show: $100

• Phone calls (every 15 minutes): $25

• Letter writing/court preparation: $100/hour

• Court appearance: $3,000 retainer, $150 per hour after that has been depleted.

Fees for Service - No Insurance-Provider Specific*

 

• Diagnostic Evaluation: $200

• Psychotherapy, 30 minutes: $100

• Psychotherapy, 45 minutes: $125

• Psychotherapy, 60 minutes: $150

• Group Psychotherapy, 60 minutes: $100

Sliding Fee Scale

Clients without insurance coverage or those individuals covered by insurance not accepted by Integrative Counseling Center may request to have access to our Sliding fee scale. -Proof of income must be provided; pay stubs, bank statements (personal & business), copy of last year's federal tax return, wages and tax statement (W-2 and/ or 1099). -Integrative Counseling Center may reject this request and refer clients to another provider.

*Some providers do not accept insurance plans and these fees apply.  A superbill will be provided to the client to send to insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.
