TELEHEALTH 

Video conferencing technology is available to use for consultation with our health care providers. 
Telehealth consultation has potential benefits including easier access to care and the convenience of meeting from a location of your choosing.

Potential risks to this technology, include interruptions, unauthorized access, and technical difficulties. The health care provider or you can discontinue the telehealth consult/visit if it is felt that the videoconferencing connections are not adequate for the situation.

Our telehealth video conferencing appointments are conducted through SimplePractice. It is simple to use and there are no passwords required to log in.
Links will be provided through email and text reminders 48 hours prior to a scheduled telehealth
appointment. If you do not receive a link call the main office at (859)554-6028 or contact your provider.
